Once a package is ordered, there are no refunds. We are aware that at times without prior knowledge an inmate may be transferred to another facility. Nevertheless, we cannot be responsible for food that has spoiled and returned to us due to this reason. We must be notified as soon as possible if an inmate is transferred to another facility so that we can make arrangements to forward the package to them. Again, any perishable food items returned to us spoiled for the above reason will be deducted from any returnable credit, less the shipping cost for the return. Under certain circumstances, at our discretion will we make a refund, and a 30% restocking fee will be assessed.
