All sales are final. We are not respnsible for packages returned to us beyond our control. Outside In-Mate Package Program, reserves the right to substitute an item of equal or higher value in the event an item becomes unavailable. We will exhaust every effort to assure that you receive the item you requested. However at times, some items may be unavailable or out of stock. With your permission, substitutes will replace those unavailable or out of stock items or we will refund the cost of those items to the purchaser. All product prices are subject to change without notice. Whenever there's a balance due the purchaser, for whatever the reason, these funds may be applied towards any future purchase or refund. Applicable sales tax applies to all inmates.
LOSS OF PACKAGE PRIVILEGES
For no reason what-so-ever, does Outside Inmate Package Program, assume responsibility for loss of package privileges. Any perishable food items returned to us spoiled for the above reason, will be deducted from any returnable credit or refund, less the shipping cost for the return and or a 30% restocking fee.

Please note, that Outside In-mate Package Program, will not accept returns from our customers for items disallowed by institutional facilities. Our catalog is specifically designed to comply with all State directives. Since each facility operates independently of the other it is your responsibility to only order items allowed by your facility, as one facility may allow an item where another does not.
There is a $50.00 minimum order excluding tax and shipping. Most orders are shipped Monday - Friday, however perishables are shipped Monday - Wednesday. Food products are not taxable, excluding candy, soda products and all non food items which are taxable. We cannot be held liable for typographical errors or misprints on the website beyond our control. Please note all orders are processed by our packaging and quality control departments and weighed before shipping to ensure your order is complete. We will make every effort to notify you if there are any changes to your order.
REFUND POLICY
In the event we are unable to fulfill your order, and it meets the above requirements, you wil be entitled to a full refund, if your order has not been shipped.
